D: Joel do you want to see what I've chosen as my inspiration for the _______ room?
J: Sure, but I'm sure whatever you've chosen is fine
D: Well I know it's fine, actually it's more then fine, but it's your house too so I want it to be as much you as it is me
J: O.k. but just so you know I don't really care
D: That's what you always say, just look
J: o.k.
a second passes
J: yah I don't like that
D: hmmm kind of what I thought "I don't have an opinion" indeed does have an opinion
D: So what do you like?
J: blah blah blah ( the blah represents whatever object we happen to be talking about, lets say Cabinet door style for example)
D: Soooo what's in your grandma's house, that's not going to happen. Besides, you only like that because that's what you grew up with
anyways you get the idea. Basically this has been every conversation about the interior of the house thus far. We have come far since our conversation about oak doors with an arch in the front, and since then I have come to the, suspected, conclusion, that our combined decorating style would be classified as Modern Rustic bringing us to BIRCH TREE WALL PAPER. This will be appearing in a room in the house which I will not disclose at this point, however I did want to find out what you thought of it. So let me know

I love love love it!!!! I have birch tree pictures on my wall :)
i like it, but maybe just for a focus wall.. not all of them.
I love it! I actually was watching color splash with David Bromstad (not sure if you get it in Canada) and he used this! And funny thing, the clients favorite store was anthropology!
The wallpaper is great, you will make it look fabulous! The only thing I would think is that it may not be cool in five years, but really you'll want to change anything after five years if you're like me!
Mal says you should do it and put it on every wall so it feels like you're sitting in a forest ha ha
