Joel's cousin Andrea made this amazing salad last Saturday and since then it has come to be my most favorite salad, and my lunch today. I feel as though I should give others the chance to partake in this delicious salad and I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
Yum Salad
Spinach
crumbled feta
craisins (orange flavored craisin taste good in it too)
Slivered almonds
Cuttie oranges (or mandarins)
Balsamic vinigerette dressing
Like most green salads you can just eyeball how much you mix in, depending on your preference and how many people you're making it for.

Dominique - hi! :) i hope it's ok that i've stopped by your blog! :) but i have to say that i NEED to try this salad - so yummy. kinda sounds like one of the premade ones i buy at the store.
