Today is suppose to get up to + 4, woohoo, and then we're suppose to have above average temperatures all week. I'm not sure what that is actually going to equate to, but I'm hoping for the best.
Whenever the whether starts to get nice I immediately start to think off all the wonderful things that come along with it, most of which include heat, however today my mind went straight for ice cream.
I love ice cream, I always have, but I think a lot of it comes back to many happy memories of heading to down town Kelowna with my Besties, standinging line for some delicious ice cream from Moo Licks and walking along Okanagan lake. Deffinetly one of my favorite things to do. People roller blading, pick nicking, swimming, eating ice cream, mmm so good.
anyways these thoughts of ice cream made me think of a gadget that I am wanting to purchase
This is the Kitchen aid Ice cream maker attachment, and I'm DIEING to own it. Joel says I'm being dramatic about my love for this kitchen accessory, but I think once he has experienced all of its glory and the delicious ice cream that I will create with it he will realize that I am not be dramatic enough .

If I already owned the ice cream attachment I think I would most likely make these for Joel Valentines.

see, you gotta be strategic about this whole thing. Start talking often about ice cream at home. This will make Joel begin to crave ice cream and then it will be no problem to get the attachment once he realizes how easy it would be for you to just make it for him instead of having to drive 'all that way to the store'!
